I want a web site. How do I enter the web world?
I suggest surfing
and see what you like. Surf competitors, Surf
sites you go to everyday, ask yourself what you like or
dislike. We'll take your
concept and evolve it into a design. After our initial
meeting, a quote will be developed. Look it over and with a
nod of the head we'll evolve all those concepts into 3-5
designs for you to peruse.
Do you offer discounts for
non-profits or sponsorships?
I try to keep non-profits to three a year.
We're already at our limit this with our local library, a soup kitchen and a
scholarship fund. We may sponsor a worthwhile cause
with one of our T-shirt
designs for you today only.
Do you accept credit
cards?
Sure Do. Visa, Mastercard & American Express. We
appreciate payment in a timely manner so we don't have
to make uncomfortable emails or telephone calls. We do need to buy kibble for our
yellow lab Kasperooni. Without it he gets kinda mean.
How quickly will I have my
hot new project in my hands? We try to be as speedy as possible. Life does throw us
curve balls. If you have a tight deadline let us know up
front and we'll make sure your in the design schedule.
Please remember to approve and supply materials on time.
We don't mind, our slow pokes, but just
realize that our schedule keeps on moving and you may have
to wait to get back on our time schedule. We put a 3 day
turn around on approvals.
Can I have control over my
site after your done? You will have all of your passwords and usernames for
domain name and hosting account. If you need complete
control and want to make changes make sure we know from the
beginning. We'll design it in easy html if you want for
you to play with. BUT BEAWARE! If you think your a web
techno but only in name and delve in and make a boo boo you
better have a back up. Make sure you
know what you're doing.
Do you offer site maintenance? Sure we do.... Ask and we'll work that into your quote.
Can we set up an appointment?
You betcha. Please don't pop by, again Yellow dog, Kasperooni
is on premises and you have to have a golden ticket first to
stop on by. If you live on
the outskirts, realize we're not nomads. We're very
versed in working from long distances via the phone. Some of
our bigger clients are hundreds of miles away and yet we
still can jabber and complete a project in no time! So if
you live 25 miles away chances are we'll need to communicate
via phone or computer.
Can you start right now? I want my
site up tomorrow?
Chances are we're working on a
project? You can always call but you wouldn't want us if we
weren't popular?
You did my brochure nine years
ago can we change page five and swap the photo?
Well maybe?
Although we love all your projects
it's a bit daunting to save thousands of
projects. We keep you on the server for a year. But
never fear, we're not Design Nazis. After you've made
your final payment we supply you with all the project files
for your safe keeping. In the end you're the one who will
love and cherish the project the most of all so we trust you
will save it forever.
